This little shack has been on my short list of favorite places since I was a kid.  My mom told me stories about it, and I imagined what kind of people used to live there. Such a charming, lonely little place.  Last year, I took a picture of it for Miss Match, a diptych project I was involved in.

Fast forward one year later. The trees have been cut down, the building is now just a pile of ash. I'm sorry to see it go, but I'm really glad that I took a moment to capture it's personality before it was gone. Goodbye, old friend.

New 2012 Calendars are here! Yay! 

I tried something new this year, and had these unbound desk calendars printed at Moo, so if you're a Moo fan, you can imagine how lovely they are. Thick, glossy, and rich in color.
